Live n8n Triage Flow

This button POSTs a ticket to the real n8n webhook (Architecture A). The flow runs a deterministic pre-filter, then classifies ambiguous tickets with a kNN vote over a Voyage-embedded past-ticket index (Supabase pgvector); only the uncertain middle band escalates to a Claude Sonnet adjudicator, and low confidence drops to a human. It writes the route back to Zendesk, traces the model calls to Langfuse, and logs the decision to Supabase.
